Who we are. Projects.
Plasmore is a spin-off company of the University of Pavia and of the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission. The mission of Plasmore is to develop Advanced Biosensing Devices by using Nanotechnology.
Plasmore developed a patented nanotechnology process enabling the fabrication of nanostructured biochips. Using this technology Plasmore has the objective of developing a portable biosensor for the multiplexing analysis of complex biological samples.
This device must have the following properties:
- Portability
- Advanced Multiplexing.
This biosensor has many field of applications: Point-of-care technology, homeland security, environmental security, food and industry.
